How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us First
Before sending anything back, please email our support team at info@rejuvanua.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

2. Use a Tracked Courier
You must return the item using a tracked and insured courier service. Rejuvanua is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Original Condition Only
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and documentation. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we aim to process refunds within 7 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes

✔ We do not refund original shipping fees.
✔ Returns that are damaged, incomplete, or missing packaging may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.
✔ If your return does not meet our return criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.
